Data and purposes
We process account and contact details, contract and billing records, support content and – for booked mail services – correspondence and scan data. Authentication secrets are never included in data exports. Legal bases and retention periods are documented per data class and remain subject to professional review.
Optional consent
Marketing emails and product updates are voluntary and separate from required contractual, security and service communications. Consent can be withdrawn in the customer portal at any time. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies remain disabled without the appropriate consent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or erasure. Before erasure, the workflow checks identity, statutory retention, legal holds and active contracts. Where erasure is not permitted, processing is restricted and data is minimised or anonymised where possible.
AI and processors
AI processing is permitted only for registered purposes and approved data classes. Private customer data may not be sent to the currently configured AI provider; training is not enabled. An internal registry documents processor categories and safeguards.
